Get Rid of Pimples Overnight
Is it really possible to get rid of pimples overnight?
It's freakin' hard, but not impossible. Let me show you how to do it.
1. Wash your face with an oil-free soap.
The first thing you should do is start applying proper hygiene on your skin.
Make sure you buy an oil-free soap (Clearasil is the best) and then gently wash your face with it. Don't rub the skin. Ever.
Take a towel and remove everything that's still on your skin. For better results, wash your face (or other infected areas) twice.
2. Use the ice pack.
After the soap treatment, apply some ice and hold it there for about 10 minutes.
You can also use a freezer gel pack or anything cold that you can withstand for 10 minutes.
3. Use Tea Tree Oil.
Do this after the ice-pack session: mix 1 part of tea tree oil with 9 parts of water and dilute it.
Tea tree oil will never cure your acne problems, but it will kill the bacteria inside. This is the first prevention step.
4. Drink a lot of water.
I mean, a lot of it. This is the second prevention step.
Try to drink around 8-10 glasses of water on a daily basis.
Too much? You'll get used to it.
By keeping your skin hydrated all the time, you're preventing the acne from coming back.
5. Eliminate junk food from your menu.
If you're eating junk food, stop it right now. At least for a few days.
This is probably the most important aspect of the treatment. If you don't stop, your acne won't go away. Especially not within a day or two.
